Excellent friendly staff at check in. Efficient and fast. Room faced Hwy 169, but was still very quiet, as was the overall atmosphere. Was by elevator, but couldn't hear it and, even though hotel was booked, couldn't hear others' TVs or toilet flushes or showers like you often can in other hotels. Extended hours for pool and fitness center are nice.

the location was hard to figure out at first and also took a few trips back and fourth from town. then just had to remember to get off at Macdonalds. Staff was unsure about where restaurants to suggest other than one-which we went to and was great. the beds were terrific-very comfy! the bathroom flooring was extremely slippery and also in the shower-very hard to take a shower-I think it was maybe a handicap room-which we did not need.

The hot tub was so nice! The room was clean and comfortable.

The facility was very quiet. I loved having a freezer in the fridge. I slept very well with no commotion waking me. There were lots of pillows and the bed was almost as comfortable as home.

The staff was amazing, especially the gentleman working the front desk!!!! The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfy!!!!

the walk in shower was great! The pool and fitness rooms were a real plus too. There must be energy efficient windows at work since my west facing room never felt the typical western sun even with blinds open.
